Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and callers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and promptly.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
  • Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or tracking payments.
  • Support office operations by performing clerical duties including proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed, including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring smooth office flow through effective time management.

Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is highly advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills.
  • Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a professional setting.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
