Goggin Warehousing LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with inquiries, manage orders and support our shipping and receiving operations.
Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions and help resolve issues

Enter orders and receipts into our Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Schedule appointments for receiving and shipping goods

Maintain accurate reports and records

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
-
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 – 3:30 pm

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse, office or similar environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and with warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
