We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Assistant / Customer Service team member to support our day-to-day operations and help deliver a seamless, professional experience to our customers.
Job Duties Overview:
- Perform service repair intakes
- Contact and update customer order status
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
- Sweep, clean, and organize the workspace
- Restock shelves and label inventory
- Receive and sort shipments
- Help with basic errands and shop tasks

Duties Expanded
- Manage Shop operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide personal assistant support to ensure efficient time management.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with day-to-day shop management and operations
- Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and in person
- Coordinate and manage product shipments and returns
- Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and order issues
- Help manage inventory, supplies, and work orders
- Support management in executing marketing, sales, and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements Expanded:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with e-commerce and shipping software tools (UPS, FedEx, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Previous team lead experience preferred
