- Greet customers in person at the front desk with a warm, professional attitude, providing excellent first impressions
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls appropriately
- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or email with patience and clarity, ensuring issues are resolved effectively
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area while managing office supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, proofing documents, and calendar management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
