ABOUT THIS JOB:
We hire people with a wide range of work experience – no clerical work, education, or industry specific experience is necessary. We will teach you everything that you need to know, but a desire to grow into a great opportunity and build a career is a fundamental quality of all our team members.
This position is not customer facing as we rarely see customers in person. As a Customer Service team member, you will fulfill client requests which involves working with various agencies and/or systems throughout the nation to satisfy clients requests, all while providing the best customer service. During the first 30-90 days, comprehensive paid training is provided to all new team members via a dedicated training manager that will work side by side with you to bolster your success. Once a new team member is able to work independently, team members will be eligible for increases and advancement.
This is NOT a call-center or customer service center type position and no sales are required. Our team members are aligned with a specific team, but most work is completed independently. This is an entry level position with ample room for growth. If you’re looking for a new career with a great team and fast growing company, then this may be a good fit for you.
Skills required: Customer service experience, detail oriented, quality focus, problem solving, ability to work in high stress situations, multi-tasking, analyzing information, flexible, great typing skills, and eagerness to get the job done.
