Responsibilities
- Greet visitors at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them appropriately
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes
- Maintain accurate data entry using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy access
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and/ or clients
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles within medical or dental offices is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks
