Job Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and customer service-oriented individuals for a CSR opportunity within a newly created Outgoing Only Department. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for field technicians
- Provide professional customer service and support over the phone
- Perform data entry and update customer information within company systems
- Utilize Excel and internal systems to track appointments and customer information
- Maintain accurate documentation and appointment scheduling records
- Support team operations and assist with additional clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of clerical or customer service experience in a professional environment preferred
- Call center experience is a plus
- Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good Excel and data entry skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
