- Attention to detail, good physical and mental stamina
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel; PROCORE experience a plus
- Ability to learn new software products quickly
- 40-50 hour work weeks
- Work well with others
- Willing to train motivated person

- Starting salary up to $18.00 per hour plus overtime
- Experience with HVAC and/or Plumbing a plus
