We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat platforms.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Utilize office management and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools to maintain accurate records.
- Assist with clerical tasks including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document organization.
- Provide support with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Support administrative functions such as appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle customer support issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist with office management duties including inventory control, filing systems, and general administrative support.
- Contribute to a team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support capabilities.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous.
- Knowledge of technical proficiency related to office equipment such as multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in front desk operations or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
