Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Support Assistant to join our team. This role supports day-to-day office operations by handling order entry, customer service, and general administrative tasks. This position is best suited for someone seeking a stable, long-term role in a well-established office environment.
Responsibilities:
Enter customer orders accurately and consistently
Answer phones and provide customer service support via phone and email
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper
Assist with preparing documentation for accounts payable
Follow up with customers regarding past-due invoices in a professional manner
Contact vendors to obtain Proof of Delivery (PODs) and related documentation
Perform general office and clerical duties as part of a small, team-oriented office
Provide reliable administrative support to internal staff
Requirements:
Prior office or administrative experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn and work within the company’s internal ordering system
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors by phone
Ability to manage routine responsibilities with consistency and follow-through

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
