Overview
Locally owned transportation and auto glass company hiring a punctual, dependable, organized, and trustworthy front-office team member. This is a key communication role for someone who enjoys helping customers, organizing schedules, supporting leadership, and documenting details accurately. This is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday position, compensating $17.00 per hour, however pay is also commensurate with experience.
Key Duties (include but not limited to):
· Answer and route multiple business phone lines professionally and accurately.
· Greet customers and provide customer service, intake, appointment scheduling, and routine job follow-ups.
· Prepare invoices, receipts, POS Invoicing, daily deposit paperwork, office closeout records, and discrepancy reporting.
· Help maintain a professional, organized, and customer-ready office environment.
· Provide administrative support to leadership, including calls, reminders, scheduling support, task tracking, and document preparation.
· Assist with employee scheduling, schedule notes, and time-off requests.
· Document and address dispatch calls, requests, route messages, schedule changes, sales promotions, and business communications accurately and timely. Ensure urgent issues are escalated to leadership for review immediately.
· File, scan, rename, and organize customer, employee, driver, invoice, receipt, and business documents.
Maintain confidentiality with customer, employee, payroll, scheduling, payment, and business information.
Required Qualifications:
· Available for a Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., work schedule.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Customer service, office, receptionist, scheduling, invoicing, payment handling, administrative, or dispatch-support experience.
· Basic computer skills including email, calendars, data entry, and office software.
· POS, invoicing, cash handling, payment processing, or daily deposit experience.
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
