Job Overview
A small wholesale/ Ecommerce Store is looking for a detail oriented Customer Service / Data Entry specialist.
- Enter and update data accurately into various databases
- Manage order entry processes efficiently, verifying details and processing transactions promptly
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends for managerial review
- Answer telephones and assist customers with order questions, returns, etc.
Experience
- Proven clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is highly preferred
- Basic math skills for data verification and order processing tasks
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
