Qualifications

• Appropriate education level: University or technical college with a formation on

secretarial skills.

• Reference on ability to work on a confidential level and demonstration of

reliability is a must

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position in a multinational

organization, preferably at a regional oNice.

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellenl organization skills. Event management skills/ experience is a bonus

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Mandarin/Malay speaking is desirable

• Excellent team worker

• Excellent working knowledge of

• Excel & PowerPoint

• SAP experience is desirable
