Customer Service Agent (CSA) Jobs in Helena, MT at Overland West, Inc.
Sales – Explaining the optional services and purchases available to customers;
Clerical – Processing rental reservations and rental contracts;
Customer Service/Care – Answering questions about vehicles, rates, and rental contract terms and conditions, and other customer needs.
Job may include other additional duties, responsibilities, and assignments to be determined by the Manager, Assistant Manager or designated Team Lead.
NOTE: A strong background in product sales is a plus; however not required.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
