Our products include pistachio cream, chocolate, dessert sauces, and specialty pastry ingredients used by thousands of businesses.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-driven receptionist who will be the first point of contact for customers while also helping grow sales by recommending products and assisting customers with orders.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders and product questions
- Help customers place orders through our website or over the phone
- Recommend additional products and upsell complementary items
- Assist walk-in customers and wholesale buyers
- Follow up with potential customers and new leads
- Maintain organized customer communication notes
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding pickups and order status
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every customer
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-minded and enjoys recommending products
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
