Join us! We are a small family-owned construction-based company looking for an organized and motivated person with great communication skills to join our team. In this position, you will work with customers to assist them in learning about and selecting materials for their project, appointment setting and assisting the outside sales team with tasks.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

This can be a part time or full time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the management team
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
– Provide support to the outside sales team
– Generate quotes
– Manage office filing systems, both physical and electronic

Skills:

– Strong clerical skills with attention to detail, minimum of two years customer service experience in an office setting
– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Proficient in file management and organization
– Have a valid driver’s license
– Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and faxing
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office products
– Sales experience a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
