Position: CRM & Project Management Support (Telecoms)
· IT background essential (In order to know what a customer refers to when they have a query on a laptop for instance – non-technical IT knowledge)
· CRM experience required (Update the internal database with quotes sent to customers by the Internal Sales staff / Update customers on where in the process their order/query is etc)
· Project Management Back office support experience required (not in managing projects itself but experience in the admin part of Project Management)
· Experience on Microsoft Office and more specific Excel is essential.
· Own transport & valid driver’s licence
