SUMMARY
Assist office manager, secretary, and other staff, programs or departments with secretarial, administrative, and clerical support as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with bookkeeping: place and track supply orders, prepare basic reports, collect fees, prepare reports, deposits, reconcile accounts, maintain calendars.
- Assist with student attendance processes and monitor bell‑ringing.
- Provide clerical support to other individuals, departments, programs and offices, including phones, reception duties, monitoring visitors, assisting parents and students, typing, data entry, preparing memos, correspondence, bulletins, emails, receiving deliveries and mail, and distributing as needed.
- Assist with monitoring student records and files: requesting records for new students, sending records to new schools for withdrawn students, and year‑end file maintenance.
- Provide backup coverage to other school positions and assist students in the health clinic and contact parents/guardians as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including assistance with graduation.
EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with computers and general office tasks.
- Experience working with students preferred.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS
- Criminal background check required for hire.
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
