Key Responsibilities:
• Assist lawyers with corporate transactions from initiation to completion
• Manage databases, file organization, and due diligence

• Support the Corporate Department with correspondence and data entry
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Legal Assistant
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Post-Secondary Education in Office Administration (Legal) preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to interpret documents and maintain confidentiality
