The Division of University Advancement is responsible for external communications, fundraising, and friendraising activities, including alumni & family relations and church & community relations. Fundraising supports academic programs, capital projects, athletics, endowments, and student aid.

Role: The Advancement Services Coordinator provides support for data entry and gift processing, ensuring timely production of receipts, pledge reminders, and gift renewal letters. The Coordinator leads report/query building for the CRM and works with Annual Giving to expand the donor base through new acquisitions and renewals, contributing to the university’s mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process gifts, including batch processing, receipt mailing, and follow-up.

Maintain and update biographical data on constituents.

Send pledge and gift reminders to donors.

Provide donor profiles and giving reports upon request.

Generate reports and queries in the CRM.

Enter contact reports and attendance for events.

Maintain endowment files and assist with reports.

Supervise student employees.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience, or equivalent. Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT, Access, and Argos is a plus. Familiarity with development functions and the university’s mission is preferred.

Salary: $24-$28/hr
