The Coordinator will serve as a Standards of Excellence coach, advise the Order of Omega honor society, and foster chapter leadership and collaboration.
Minimum qualifications: A bachelor’s degree; preferred candidates hold a master’s in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related fields, with experience in facility management and Greek life preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Managing Greek Park facilities, including maintenance, safety, and key management.
Providing advisement and leadership development for Greek chapters and organizations.
Handling administrative tasks such as reporting, liaison activities, and program coordination.
The role requires evening and weekend work, on-site visits, and crisis response capabilities. It reports to the Assistant Director for Greek Life and offers a salary of $50,000. The position is based in Athens, GA, and is full-time with benefits.
