Position: Coordinator for Complaints Investigations Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and format complaint file dispositions

• Schedule meetings and coordinate committee tasks

• Draft cover letters and notices for investigations

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables

• Analyze evaluation data for project effectiveness

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant administrative experience required

• Educational background in administrative practices

• Familiarity with CPSBC guidelines advantageous

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in office software

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
