Cape TownA well-established conveyancing firm in Central Cape Town is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with strong exposure to Nedbank and FNB Home Loans Minimum Requirements:

  • 5–10 years’ proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
    , with a strong focus on home loan cancellations
  • Extensive hands-on experience with FNB and/or Nedbank Home Loans (
    residential only – no commercial loans
    )
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume home loan cancellation practice efficiently and accurately
  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end home loan cancellation process
  • Regular liaison with FNB and Nedbank Home Loans departments
  • High level of attention to detail and strong quality control skills
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
  • Computer literate, with experience using conveyancing software systems
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment
