Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contracts Assistant based in the United Arab Emirates. The Contracts Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining contract records, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and supporting contract negotiations and amendments.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of contract preparation, review, and management processes
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision
- Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements in contracting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Experience in the oil, gas, or marine industry is an advantage
