Solaris Energy Infrastructure is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage the day-to-day vendor onboarding, ongoing compliance, and administration of legal and contractual documents. This role will also participate in a variety of contract-related projects as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Essential Functions
- Assist functional groups with contract requirements and compliance (MSA’s, NDAs, Lease Agreements, Purchase Orders, etc.)
- Coordinate document review between 3rd parties and the legal team and capture final documents and key provisions in the system
- Manage Certificates of Insurance issued to Company for on-going compliance with contractual provisions and work with the Director of Risk for waiver requests
- Maintain and oversee the company’s Contract Administration Management System (Cobblestone); help develop reports for functional groups and train new users
- Track and send out reminders of upcoming expiration dates of key contracts and other critical dates
- Work with Accounting and Operations to maintain active vendor listings
- Work closely with and under the direction of the Director of Contract Administration and Risk
- Assist with the maintenance of Corporate Entity Data
- Manage assigned projects, schedule, and workload effectively
- Meet or exceed deliverables, deadlines, and other assigned duties
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years contract administration experience
- Ability to interact effectively with all departments and levels of the organization
- Ability to efficiently synthesize information, manage multiple tasks and meet
- deadlines
- Organizational skills and predisposition to details
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative in problem solving new processes and procedures with reports
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring
- sponsorship for employment visa status
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills to relate with key stakeholders in a
- professional manner
