We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the Contracts Management Team in drafting, redlining, and executing agreements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining contract accuracy, supporting workflow efficiency, and enabling a seamless sales-to-signature process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
- Support contract lifecycle processes including tracking, renewals, and execution
- Utilize Conga CPQ and CLM systems to manage contract workflows
- Maintain accurate contract records and support database integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal and sales operations
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or operations
- Hands-on experience with Conga CLM and/or CPQ (recent experience required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate contract environments
- Paralegal certification (ABA preferred)
