We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the Contracts Management Team in drafting, redlining, and executing agreements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining contract accuracy, supporting workflow efficiency, and enabling a seamless sales-to-signature process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
  • Support contract lifecycle processes including tracking, renewals, and execution
  • Utilize Conga CPQ and CLM systems to manage contract workflows
  • Maintain accurate contract records and support database integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal and sales operations

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or operations
  • Hands-on experience with Conga CLM and/or CPQ (recent experience required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate contract environments
  • Paralegal certification (ABA preferred)
