Job Purpose

Provide administrative support to the Content team in ANZ, ensuring accurate payment of program invoices, program data entry and tracking of content through internal workflows

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Maintain content tracking documents, support the Acquisitions Manager and Editorial teams to meet deadlines
  • Facilitate content payments, ensuring accuracy through detailed cross checks with systems and the Finance team
  • Assist in accurate data entry into SAP and Airtable systems
  • Support team meetings by coordinating agendas, notes and actions
  • Produce and maintain content inventory reporting as required
  • Communicate closed deal information to relevant departments
  • Ad Hoc team support tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional organisation and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience using a suite of business tools such as SAP, IBMS and Airtable an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A love of TV and knowledge of British TV
