Job Description

Role: Project Administrator – Data Center

Location: New Albany, OH

Black Box is seeking a Project Administrator for a large Data Center project. The Project Admin supports the construction office by providing customer service and support to the project team, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Manage challenging and complex projects

Provide creative and innovativeproblem solving

Support a team and managers who recognize success

Lead and facilitate time tracking and management

Handle payroll & A/P processing

Enter labor tracking data

Assist with Contract Management

Create and maintain confidential filing systems

Update jobsite notices, hiring packets, and safety logs

Schedule and attend meetings, take notes, communicate action items

Monitor office inventory and ship materials

Serve as the company’s onsite contact via email, phone, IM, etc.

Qualifications

Degree preferred

2-3 years of experience in an office or construction trailer setting

Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with filing systems and data entry

Strong follow-up skills

Customer-focused and a team player

Experience with Service Now is a plus

Self-motivated with a positive attitude
