Construction billing Specialist
A mechanical construction and service contractor located in Arlington Heights is seeking a Billing Specialist. This person will provide accounting and clerical support for Project Managers, and Division Management.
Successful candidates will have 1 – 2 years’ experience in:
- Overseeing project-related billing, including AIA, and time and material billing and waivers of lien
- Ensuring timely collection of payments
- Processing purchase orders and sub-contracts and related payment documents
- Preparation & submission of certified payroll reports, when necessary
The successful candidate should possess strong computer and organizational skills.
Construction industry experience as a Billing Specialist or and knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint Construction Software or any other construction industry software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
