Rainbow Pools is seeking a highly organized and professional Pool Construction Administrator to support our Construction Department and Brand President. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and can manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

The Pool Construction Administrator plays a key role in keeping projects organized, supporting field operations, coordinating communication between customers and subcontractors, and ensuring smooth administrative processes throughout the construction cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Department and Brand President
  • Organize and maintain project files, permits, contracts, and construction documentation
  • Dispatch jobs and coordinate schedules with crews and subcontractors
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on customer payments
  • Communicate with customers regarding project updates and payment follow-ups
  • Coordinate with building departments regarding permits, inspections, and documentation
  • Work closely with subcontractors to support scheduling and project communication
  • Create and maintain forms, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and internal documentation as needed
  • Assist with data entry, email correspondence, and daily office operations
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Experience working in construction, service, or scheduling environments preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers, municipalities, and subcontractors
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday
  • Competitive compensation based on experience

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
