A San Diego based Multifamily owner-builer are looking for a Construction Administrator to join the team, working closely under the Senior Administrator on residential construction projects.
You will support the day‑to‑day administration of live construction projects, ensuring documentation, communication, and compliance are managed efficiently throughout the build lifecycle.
✅ Procore experience is essential.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Construction Administration or Project Administration
- Hands‑on Procore experience (non‑negotiable)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
