Required Skills

  • Manage and process all documentation required once a home is sold or configured, ensuring materials are accurately prepared and submitted for floor plan creation, permitting, and construction readiness.
  • Review sales documentation to determine the correct floor plan selection based on customer configurations and project requirements.
  • Compile, organize, and distribute floor plans for internal teams, permitting authorities, and external partners.
  • Provides direct support on floor plan compilation and assisting with overflow or related pre-construction tasks as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, construction, and architectural teams to ensure plans are accurate, complete, and aligned before permitting submission.
  • Track documentation status and follow up as needed to keep projects moving efficiently through the pre-construction phase.
  • Works cross-functionally with construction, architectural, and project management teams.

Background & Experience

  • Prior experience in construction administration or pre-construction support is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with exposure to commercial pre-construction work (document coordination, plan review, permitting support)
  • Highly organized and great communication skills
  • CAD experience is a plus
