Key Responsibilities
Occupational Health and Nursing:
- Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees in case of illness or injury;
- Monitor and record employees health status and maintain medical records;
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs;
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings;
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed;
- Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers;
- Promote health awareness through wellness programs, seminars, and campaigns;
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations;
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability at all times;
- Assist in accident/incident investigation and reporting;
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities;
Executive Assistant
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain organized records.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and wellness activities.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned action items or projects.
- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing;
- Must be a Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license);
- With training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and/or Occupational Health Nursing is an advantage;
- With experience in occupational health, clinic, or hospital setting;
- Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety regulations (DOLE compliance is a plus);
- Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide sound judgment under pressure;
- Proficient in record-keeping and documentation;
- Computer literate (MS Office, health record systems);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative roles is an advantage.
