We are a highly rated, growing collision center looking for a motivated, bilingual Estimator who takes pride in customer service and performance. Estimating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong sales ability and professionalism.
This is not just a front desk position, this is a client relations role. We are looking for someone confident, organized, and customer focused who can guide clients through the repair process while supporting daily office operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and deliver top-tier service from start to finish
- Write and review repair estimates (CCC is a plus)
- Follow up on estimates and convert them into scheduled repairs
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions and updates
- Communicate with insurance companies as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean, organized office
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Collision estimating experience preferred (not required for strong candidates)
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to capture repair opportunities
- Professional communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Assist with administrative duties (data entry, filing, documentation, scheduling)
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Pay: $40,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
