Closing Coordinator
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Closing Coordinator opportunity with a national mortgage service provider. This position is hybrid role 1 or 2 days a week in the office, then remote. The Closing Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:
- Review closing instructions and prepare Closing Disclosures/ALTA; audit loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and confirm closings with borrowers, agents, and attorneys to ensure timely transactions.
- Pre-balance loan files for funding and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
- Communicate professionally with all parties to confirm closing details and resolve issues.
- Serve as a primary contact for borrowers and support ongoing lender relationships.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 15 years of experience in real estate or mortgage closings.
- Working knowledge of title work, deed preparation, and closing processes.
- Strong customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Looking for someone from the title industry
Pay Rate Range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
