We are in search for the ideal candidate that has exceptional customer service skills with experience in healthcare.
The ideal candidate must be personable, a great communicator with a positive attitude. Must have the ability to multitask and possess computer and typing skills. This ideal Individual must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
Duties include
- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone.
- Maintains the reception/lobby area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by completing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining updating personal and financial information.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of health, personal and financial information.
- Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Professionalism, Quality Focus
- Additional requirements include excellent grammar, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, ability to multi-task and attention to time management with meticulous attention to detail.
Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Hospital or medical office experience preferred.
This position is Full time Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
