Bittersweet Pet Resorts – Niles is looking for a organized, upbeat, and animal-loving Client Service Specialist to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our pet parents, you aren’t just answering phones—you’re the ambassador for the premier pet care experience in Southwest Michigan.

Your Mission
- The Concierge Experience: Be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face at the desk. You’ll handle check-ins/outs with precision and a smile.
- Digital Command Center: Manage reservations, emails, and social media messages through our management software.
- Pet Support: Step into the back-of-house to help with feeding, watering, and "potty breaks" to keep our guests comfortable.
- Lobby Perfection: Keep our FOH area looking (and smelling!) like a 5-star resort.
