Position Overview
Meld Financial is seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Client Service & Operations Assistant to support the daily flow of our office, serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, and assist our team with administrative and client service needs.
This role includes traditional front-office responsibilities such as greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping keep the office organized. It also offers the opportunity to learn more about the financial advisory industry through exposure to client paperwork, account service requests, advisor support, and internal operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and client meeting area.
- Prepare, scan, copy, organize, and file documents as needed.
- Assist with correspondence, mailings, supply orders, and general office support.
- Help assemble, organize, and track client paperwork.
- Assist with new account forms, transfer paperwork, beneficiary updates, and other client service documents.
- Communicate with clients, custodians, and business partners to help gather information or follow up on administrative items.
- Support advisors and team members with day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
- Learn internal systems, workflows, and processes used to support clients and advisors.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Prior administrative, office, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology.
- Financial services experience is helpful but not required.
- Interest in learning the financial advisory industry is strongly preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
