Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Relations Representative to serve as the vital link between our company and our valued customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service as we continue to expand our reach.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with our customers professionally and efficiently
- Assist with customer inquires and updates on their job progress
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and communications in our CRM system and communication software
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all customer interactions are positive, informative, and leave customers feeling valued and heard.
- Assist in coordinating exterior projects from start to finish, proactively keeping customers informed and managing timelines efficiently
- Complete clerical and administrative tasks as required
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as a back up for the front desk coordinator for incoming calls

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per year
