We are looking for someone who can run the front of our office like a pro…someone who delivers an exceptional client experience, keeps everything organized, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, polished, high-performance environment.

This is not a passive role. This is for someone who takes ownership, notices details others miss, and operates at a higher standard.

About Us

Trauma Law is a fast-growing personal injury law firm focused on serious injury cases. We operate with urgency, precision, and high expectations—and we’re looking for someone who brings that same energy to our front office.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Reception

  • Answer, route and track high-value inbound calls professionally
  • Greet clients and visitors and create a top-tier first impression
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a calm, organized flow

Office Administration

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office at all times
  • Manage mail, scanning, and document organization
  • Keep conference rooms and common areas presentation-ready
  • Monitor supplies

Administrative Support

  • Create and update basic reports in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Assist with data entry, file management, and document prep
  • Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks

Client Experience

  • Provide a high-end hospitality experience (coffee, tea, attention to detail)
  • Anticipate needs and go above and beyond for clients and guests

Qualifications

  • MUST SPEAK SPANISH
  • 2+ years experience in receptionist, front desk, or office admin role
  • Strong communication skills (phone + in-person)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic reporting, formatting, organization)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, polished, and dependable

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in a law firm or professional office
  • Background in customer service or hospitality
  • Experience managing office organization systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20–$30/hour (depending on experience)
  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
