Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the practice
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and rescheduling as needed
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate data entry into the system
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support medical staff with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with insurance providers and handle billing-related questions when necessary
- Ensure the waiting area is tidy and comfortable for patients
- Stay informed about practice policies and procedures to provide consistent support
Experience
- Prior experience working in a Home Healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly advantageous
- Experience in medical administrative support or office administration is desirable
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and customer service excellence is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally

Pay: $20.06 – $26.73 per hour
