Clerical Specialist for Property Management Company Jobs in Homestead, FL at Harbor Management Services, Inc.

Full time office assistant for busy Homestead office. ​ This position requires excellent phone, personal interaction and computer skills. ​ Responsibilities include a variety of support activities including greeting clients, answering phones, handling mail, and scanning documents. ​

Qualifications and Principal Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and organization skills, and a strong attention to details.
  • Ability to act quickly and effectively when the situation demands it.
  • Dependable with a solid attendance record.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Great personality, with a desire to excel in all tasks and work as part of team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with clients and other employees with excellent written and verbal communication skills BOTH in English and Spanish.
  • Full time position/availability required (Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm.)
  • Answers phones, route a high volume of calls and provide general information.
  • Perform other office services, support functions & general customer service.
  • Take accurate phone messages and relay information in a fast and efficient manner.
  • A clear, professional, and CHEERFUL telephone tone is required.
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Experience with residential properties or with HOAs is a plus but not required.
  • Other various job duties, tasks and office support as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
