Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Cleaning-Construction Office/Project & Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. We are a cleaning company that specializes in new construction cleaning. In this role, you will support project operations by assisting with scheduling, project coordination, and administrative tasks within the construction office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction management, project scheduling, and office coordination while working alongside seasoned professionals. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help ensure smooth project workflows and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using construction management software such as SupplyPro, Microsoft Project/ Word/ Excel.
  • Update schedules daily, and identify potential delays or issues early to facilitate proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with field teams to gather updates on construction site activities and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Utilize tools like ProCore, SupplyPro, and other construction management software to streamline project workflows.
  • Support the office team with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document control to keep projects organized and compliant.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, prior hands on experience with spreadsheets is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling software like SupplyPro is preferred but training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating between office staff, field teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Eagerness to learn about construction management practices, contracts, and site safety procedures.
