As a Claims Assistant, you will be vital to our operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation efficiently. You’ll screen emails, sort incoming mail, and prepare client correspondence while collaborating with the claims team to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and distribute emails and requests efficiently

• Sort, scan, and manage incoming documentation

• Prepare and assemble client correspondence accurately

• Conduct system searches for retrieving client information

• Communicate with clients to respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in customer service or administrative support

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately

• Advanced English proficiency for client communication

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model 2-3 times a week
