Summary
As a Chiropractic Assistant at Trailhead Family Chiropractic, you will play a vital role in supporting our chiropractic team and ensuring an excellent experience for our patients. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our practice and enhancing patient care.
This job opening is for a full time role (Tuesday-Friday 9-6) at the Temecula location off of Temecula Parkway after completing training in the Murrieta office.
Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors in New Patient Exams, scheduling and transactions.
- Manage patient files and maintain accurate records using ChiroHD.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow within the office.
- Educate patients on care plans and options available.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
