We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong quality in assitanting with patient care. You will assist the chiropractor managing patient records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and insurance verification.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
Experience
- Experience in patient service roles is highly desirable to ensure a positive interaction with clients.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Bilingual Language is a plus but not required.
