Organimed LLC is a growing dietary supplement manufacturing company in Miramar, Florida. We manufacture capsules, tablets, powders, liquids, and stick packs for supplement brands. We are looking for a serious, organized, and hardworking Sales & Administrative Assistant who can help with customers, suppliers, office tasks, and communication with Chinese-speaking vendors.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Chinese-speaking Sales & Administrative Assistant to support our sales, purchasing, customer service, and office administration. This person must speak and write Chinese and English clearly and professionally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and wants to grow with a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers, factories, and vendors
  • Assist sales team with customer follow-up, quotes, emails, and order status
  • Help prepare purchase orders, supplier requests, and pricing comparisons
  • Translate basic Chinese/English business communications
  • Assist with administrative office tasks, filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Help track customer projects, samples, raw materials, and production updates
  • Answer emails and phone calls professionally
  • Coordinate with warehouse, QC, production, and management
  • Maintain organized records in company systems
  • Help with sourcing ingredients, packaging, and other supplement-related materials

Requirements

  • Must speak and write Chinese and English
  • Strong computer skills: email, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, or similar
  • Very organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Professional attitude with customers and suppliers
  • Must be reliable, serious, and hardworking
  • Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing office
  • Supplement, food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Sales support, purchasing, or administrative experience is a plus

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with Chinese suppliers or factories
  • Knowledge of dietary supplements, raw materials, capsules, tablets, powders, or packaging
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and customer service
  • Familiarity with FDA dietary supplement GMPs is a plus
