Job Summary
We are hiring Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. You’ll support children’s social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development through play-based learning and positive guidance.
Schedule Options
Shifts fall within:
- 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Typical shifts start at 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 or 5:30 p.m.
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Support development through play-based learning
- Communicate with families and collaborate with staff
- Follow Wisconsin childcare licensing regulations
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Lead Teachers: Must meet Wisconsin licensing qualifications
- Childcare or early childhood experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, move, and actively engage with children

Full-time benefit eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
