A growing, design-conscious company is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented professional to join in a hybrid Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant / Project Manager capacity. This individual will play a key role in supporting leadership while helping to drive operational excellence across the business.
This position is best suited for someone who operates fluidly across multiple verticals, is exceedingly detail oriented, and brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to their work. The right candidate is proactive by nature, highly organized, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

You will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring alignment, structure, and follow-through across a range of business initiatives, while also supporting the overall day-to-day flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment
Support the planning and execution of internal initiatives, events, and team experiences with a high level of detail and organization
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a polished and well-functioning environment
Manage and track key projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Develop and implement systems, SOPs, and processes to support efficiency and consistency
Provide executive support as needed, including scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative follow-through
Maintain a thoughtful and elevated standard across all aspects of the business

Experienced in building structure, systems, and SOPs
