What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage patient scheduling for radiology appointments and obtain insurance information
- Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations and coordinate incoming faxes
- Send out medical records and support the administrative needs of the organization
- Maintain attention to detail and provide excellent customer service
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently throughout the workday
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Background in healthcare preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, physicians, and staff
